Refund & Return Policy
The following policy refers to goods and products sold via our online shop. It does not apply to any term of membership, class, or program booking. Membership terms are not refundable. For refund of deposits or classes or bookings, please refer to the details stated in the booking process.
Returns
You have seven [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned, even within the 7 days, regardless of condition.
- Sale items
- Climbing Shoes (only buy online if you are 100% sure of the model and size. If in doubt try the shoe on at a Camp5 outlet).
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Perishable goods such as food
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
In certain situations, we may only grant a partial refund. Examples would include:
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- The original packaging is damaged or missing
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact below.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
