Camp5 has positions that suit a range of skills and interests, from marketing, sales and event coordinator through to guiding, instructor, coach and routesetter positions. So whether you like a hands-on role, or prefer the front desk or back of office, we have plenty of positions to suit your strengths.

What makes Camp5 crew special is our diversity. Whilst we all come from different backgrounds, a multitude of countries, and have a range of experience, we all share a common passion for climbing and our commitment to uphold the highest quality of service and safety that Camp5 has built its reputation on.

Many of our positions require NO EXPERIENCE as internal training can be provided. We can also provide Climbing Instructor Certification under the American Mountain Guide Association.

Operation Crew

Joining the Ops crew requires no prior experience. Our team of Trainers will literally 'show you the ropes'. So even if you have never climbed before, you can start out at Camp5. We have Part-time and Full-time positions available in all our locations. What we look for in applicants is you can work well with a team, are friendly, fun, outgoing and approachable, quick and eager to learn, and punctual. Retail & Logistics Manager

Camp5 is expanding and with more facilities on the way we are looking for an experienced Retail and Logistics Manager capable of overseeing the entire supply-chain of all locations and managing inventory level at both warehouse and retail outlet. Knowledge in climbing equipment would be an advantage but not as important as solid experience in retail and supply chain management.


Marketing & Social Media Wiz

Are you an idea's person and adept in Social Media Marketing. Are you self-motivated and capable to draft, implement and manage a marketing plan? Head Routesetter & Setters

Camp5 has vacancies for both Full-time and Part time Setters. This is a very physical role so not for the weak of wrist. If you have never set before, we can provide in-house training. We also offer work visas for foreigner routesetters who are willing to commit to a 1-year term. Temporary accommodation can be provided. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking to work abroad. Sales & Event Coordinator

Do you have sales experience and looking for a new challenging role? The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, driven, dependable, professional and presentable. Senior & Junior Cafe Crew

Camp5 Eat Well Cafe has opportunities in the F&B line for both senior and junior cafe crew. If you've run your own cafe or just freshly graduated from a culinary arts course, we have vacancies both in the kitchen and in F&B management. Camp5's Cafe works with a scratch kitchen philosophy, preferring to make as much as we can inhouse where we can control ingredients to provide healthy meal options for climbers and our customers. Climbing Coaches

Have you got 5+ years climbing experience. Have you competed in local or international competitions? Do you hold a personal fitness trainer certificate? Do you enjoy sharing your passion for climbing with others. If you meet all or most of these requirements and are reliable, professional, Camp5 would love to discuss opportunities to take up a role as Coach. The Coaches role is available as fulltime or casual contract. Many of our Coaches manage their own schedules, coordinating sessions directly with clients, enabling a good earning either as a secondary income or whilst continuing studies. Interested?
