How to Get to Camp5?

Planes, Trains and Automobiles

There are plenty of options to get to Camp5 from the city or the Airport. Depending on your budget, location and time, the following should provide the information you need to decide on the best route to make your way to 1 Utama Shopping Centre.

Coming from the Airport

Coming directly from the Airport there are two options available. A direct bus from KLIA2 to 1 Utama Shopping Centre runs every hour from 4am till midnight. Check the bus schedule here: Alternatively, if you are landing in KLIA main terminal we recommend you take a taxi. Malaysia has not legalized UBER, however, another mobile service called GRAB CAR offers a similar service with competitive rates.

Coming from the City

Coming from downtown KL you have the option of train, bus, and taxi transport. 1 Utama Shopping Centre is a short walk from Bandar Utama station on the newly opened MRT Train which connecs to KL Sentral Station via shuttle bus. Ultimately the combined travel time using public transport is likely to take more than 60min for what is typically a 20min drive. For this reason we recommend you using UBER or GRAB CAR and get more time to climb!

Once You Reach 1 Utama Shopping Centre

1 Utama is the World's 8th largest shopping mall. So even Asia's largest climbing gym can be tricky to find the first time. There is only 1 pair of elevators that will bring you to Camp5 on the 5th floor. You'll find the elevators opposite HSBC Bank on the Ground Floor, or Starbucks on the 1st Floor, of 1 Utama's New Wing. Check the directory boards or ask the Mall Information Desk staff for help, or give us a call and we'll give you directions from wherever you are.
